コーポレート・ガバナンス体制の説明：当社は監査役会設置会社です。株主総会が最高意思決定機関として位置付けられ、取締役会が経営上の重要事項の意思決定および業務執行の監督を行います。監査役会は取締役の職務執行を監査します。代表取締役社長が業務執行を統括するとともに、各委員会・内部監査部門・会計監査人が連携してガバナンスを支えています。
